Ali Forsyth, Ph.D.

Dr. Ali Forsyth is the Co-founder and CEO of Alloy Enterprises, a company that has developed Stack Forging, an advanced manufacturing technology for fabricating complex aluminum components for thermal management. Before Alloy Enterprises, Ali led engineering teams for many successful hardtech startup companies, including Desktop Metal (NYSE: DM), L3 Open Water Power (NYSE: LHX), ev3 Neurovascular (NYSE: MDT), and Silverside Detectors. She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University, a Visiting Scholar at Princeton University, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Syracuse University. Her product development expertise spans material science, fluid mechanics, and integration for automated systems. Focused on early-stage B2B commercialization, she has a track record for building successful teams, products and companies.
