Charlie Anastos is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Harmonic Drive, LLC in Beverly, MA. Harmonic Drive LLC engineers and manufactures precision servo actuators, gearheads and gear component sets. Charlie has extensive experience in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.
He is very active in workforce development, serving as:
- Board of Directors Mass Hire North Shore Workforce Board;
- Advanced Manufacturing Training Expansion Program (AMTEP) Industry Advisory Committee;
- Business Leadership Team Northeast Advanced Manufacturing Consortium (NAMC);
- Program Advisory Committee Machine Shop @ Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School; and
- Program Advisory Committee Chairperson for Machine Shop @ Lynn Vocational Technical Institute.
Charlie has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a MS degree from Boston College.
