Katie Szelewicki is an experienced HR professional with a strong academic background, holding a degree in Operations Management and an MBA from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. She began her career in Human Resources at UMass Amherst, where she spent five years in progressively responsible roles.
She then advanced to Pratt & Whitney, spending six years in various Human Resources roles, including serving as the HR lead at the Oklahoma Tinker Airforce Base Site and working in the Military Engines Division. During this time, she earned an MS in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver.
In June 2022, she joined NE-XT Technologies as the Vice President of Human Resources, where she continues to drive strategic HR initiatives and support organizational growth.
Katie is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
