Michael Braley is the Vice President of Operations for Gemline, a top promotional products supplier in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Mike has responsibility for all operational functions, including order management, manufacturing, warehousing, facilities, and engineering. He has over 37 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, starting as an Industrial Engineer, working through assignments with increasing responsibilities, before moving to Gemline 26 years ago to continue his growth. Mike spear-headed the implementation of Lean Manufacturing at Gemline over 17 years ago. Mike takes the most pride in developing highly capable team members and has seen many associates promoted through the ranks, to management roles, under his guidance. More recently, Mike has been tasked with automating the factory using technology and human ingenuity to develop a system that exceeds customer requirements, while creating growth opportunities for all its associates.
